Distribution of medical waste management supplies
\nLast week, the Organization of Development Pioneers completed a series of distributions of special supplies for medical waste management in 11 dialysis and tumor health facilities in southern Libya in cooperation with the Ministry of Health in the Southern Region.
\nThe Organization of Development Pioneers team, in partnership with the helpcode team, delivered supplies to combat the spread of infection within the departments of the kidneys and tumors in southern Libya.The distribution includes training on the prevention of infection, how to use supplies properly, and reducing malpractices in waste disposal within these facilities.
\nThese needs were provided under the Shams project funded by the Italian Agency for Cooperation and Development and implemented by the HelpCode Organization, the Organization of Development Pioneers, the local partner and the Human Land Organization, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health \/ the Ministry of Health in the Southern Region.
\nThe organization’s management would like to thank the targeted departments for their cooperation and provide the necessary support to complete the distribution process.
