About Us

Organization of Development Pioneers is a non-profit non-governmental organization, established in October 2017 in accordance with the provisions of Law No. [19] of 2001 on the reorganization of civil society.

ODP is concerned with achieving sustainable development in society and consolidating its goals in various fields.

Through its cadres, it offers innovative ways to address priority issues that stand in the way of achieving the desired goal of prosperity and progress.

In its strategies, it is interested in developing cadres and qualifying them to be positively active in the process of building and refining experiences and skills, especially among youth groups, and providing safe creative spaces for children.

In its work, it relies on positive participation with all groups and sectors of society in building a development system that will be the basis for any desired change toward a more open and developed society.

Rapid humanitarian response during crises and disasters, providing a helping hand to the most vulnerable groups in society, developing plans and strategies, and implementing programs to meet various needs that ensure the empowerment of women and strengthen their leading position in society.

We aim to foster sustainable development by empowering communities through economic opportunities, enhanced food security, human rights protection, environmental sustainability, and rapid crisis response, ensuring resilience and prosperity for all.

Our goals

  • Work to achieve the foundations of sustainable development in Libya in accordance with the UN Agenda 2030.
  • Rehabilitation of service infrastructure that improves the quality of health care, education, and social services, especially in remote, rural, and village areas.
  • Combating ignorance, rehabilitating and developing illiterate groups in Libyan society, and developing their abilities and attention to their skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to combat poverty and unemployment in the community, and work on providing a better life for all, especially the needy groups socially through job creation and training and honing their skills.
  • Support women financially and morally, empower them socially and economically, and enhance their participation in the world of economic development.
  • Create safe spaces for children and provide creative pathways for them.
