In a step towards enhancing cooperation in the field of renewable energy, on Monday, August 26, 2024, a joint cooperation agreement was signed between the Libyan Center for Solar Energy Research and Studies and the Organization of Development Pioneers, in the presence of the Director General of the Center and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the organization.
The aim of this agreement is to benefit from the technical expertise of the Libyan Center in improving the quality of the projects implemented by the Organization of Development Pioneers, as it is the house of expertise in this field. In addition to the implementation of training programs targeting youth in remote areas, to enable them to enter the job market in the field of renewable energy.
Key areas of cooperation:
Joint training programs: Targeting youth in remote areas to enhance their capabilities and integrate them into the job market.
Raising awareness: Implement awareness campaigns to raise the level of community awareness in the field of renewable energy and the importance of renewable energy in preserving the environment.
Project monitoring and evaluation: Monitor and evaluate implemented and planned projects to ensure their quality and adherence to the standards set by the Libyan Center for Solar Energy Research and Studies.
Technical and advisory support: Providing the necessary support from the Libyan Center for Solar Energy Research and Studies to ensure the implementation of projects at the highest quality levels.
This partnership reflects the commitment of the Organization of Development Pioneers to develop its projects in a sustainable manner, so that they contribute to improving the solar energy infrastructure in Libya and enhancing the efficiency of the use of renewable energy with the necessary support from the Libyan Center for Solar Energy Research and Studies.
