ODP in cooperation with WFP established a project (CBT) in early January 2023.
The project plays an important role in supporting the community by providing direct financial support to individuals or households.
The outcomes are:
- Provide reliable, regular and flexible monthly food assistance to 6,000 households living in the western and southern regions of Libya for 10 months.
- Raise awareness among beneficiaries about cash assistance methods through training sessions during card distribution and materials published in print and digital formats.
- Provide continuous and reliable technical support to target beneficiaries throughout the duration of the project through field teams (staff who oversee voucher redemptions) and help desk staff (Hotline).
